George Vernon, co-founder and MRICS qualified, began his career in property with some of London’s most prestigious clients. As a consummate socialiser, George is not only full of insider knowledge, but he comes with the experience of working alongside property giants such as Grosvenor, The Crown Estate and Howard De Walden. Now based in our Notting Hill office, George is a local resident and a core part of the community, known for his extensive network and warm relationships with everyone from local business owners to long-time residents. Harvey has over 25 years of professional experience within the luxury real estate industry including 12 years as a Proprietary Partner at Knight Frank, the world’s largest private property firm. During his time at Knight Frank whist taking responsibility for the Mayfair office he oversaw the prime central London offices including Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington and Victoria. Harvey has been responsible for many of the record breaking Central London sales and his clients The Grosvenor Estate, The Crown Estate and many of London’s successful developers including Finchatton.

Head of Lettings for the new Notting Hill office, Kim began her career in the property industry in 2013 and over the last decade has honed her expertise in the highly competitive lettings market. Though a Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea veteran, for the past eight years, Kim has dedicated herself to Notting Hill, cultivating an unparalleled knowledge of the area and fostering an exceptional reputation among local Landlords.

Ross heads up OB Private’s Mayfair Lettings division, bringing over 18 years of experience in prime central London and country lettings. Prior to joining OB Private, Ross was a Partner at global property firm Knight Frank, where he led the Ascot and Virginia Water offices – overseeing high-value homes across Surrey, Berkshire and the Wentworth Estate. He also previously ran a respected independent agency on Portman Square, Marylebone. His deep market knowledge and proven track record across the super prime sector now underpin OB Private’s lettings presence in Mayfair and the wider West End.

Joe brings over a decade of experience in Prime Central London’s luxury real estate market, including six distinguished years at Savills’ flagship offices in Knightsbridge and Sloane Street. His deep-rooted expertise and intimate understanding of Belgravia, Knightsbridge, and Chelsea have earned him the trust of UHNW private clients and leading estates such as The Cadogan Estate and Grosvenor Estate. William Bishop is an enthusiastic professional with a genuine passion for property and connecting with people. Tara Parkinson graduated from Buckinghamshire New University with a degree in International Tourism Management to embark on an exciting career travelling the world as cabin crew for Virgin Atlantic. Furloughed during the pandemic, Tara chose to pivot her career and joined Chesterton’s, one of London’s premier estate agencies, as a Senior Office Coordinator managing the daily operations of the office.  When the opportunity to work at Oliver Bernard arose, it aligned perfectly with Tara’s desire for a new challenge. Now, she builds the foundations of our office in Mayfair as a coordinator and PA. Outside of work, Tara is a proud dog mum to her cockapoo Ralph and her passion for travel continues to grow – “the hotter the country, the better!”

Steph Symcox joined OB Private after completing her studies at Oxford Media & Business School, where she honed her business acumen. Since graduating in 2020, she has developed valuable experience and skills within the property industry. Known for her exceptional organisational abilities and reliability, Steph provides essential administrative support to our Notting Hill team, forming the foundation of our office’s daily operations.
